Terms of ServiceRMA:
All items come with 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective please contact us within the 7 days of the delivered day, after 7 days you will need to pay RMA Processing fees. We will replace or repair the defective item for you. (Buyer must pay shipping fee to ship it back-no exception). In the even that a replacement is not available, buyer must choose to substitute with a difference product, upgrade, or similar product. (If received a wrong item please notify us within 7 days of the delivered day, after 7 days we will not process for exchange.)
RMA: Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number for your order, please contact us at Crazydealguy@yahoo.com All RMA numbers are valid for (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 10 days with a RMA # which we assigned.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (e.g. USPS with Delivery Confirmation)
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Pick up service is not available for return merchandise.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
All return products will be tested by our technicians to verify the problem. If found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at his/her cost.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.

We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.

Return procedures: Please contact us by email to obtain the RMA number (return merchandise authorization) before shipping the product back. Any particular item may become unexpectedly out of stock, we reserve the right to send money back if this does happen for whatever the reason. Our goal is to bring you products that represent the best value and quality.

From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All products carry a 15 day satisfaction beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.Our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is available to help you find the product that best fits your needs.
All products are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Shipping and hanlding is not refundable .Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
Many of the items we sell have Special Return Policies. See the appropriate policy below to see if items you purchase are affected.
The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the returns center and with respect to any shipments from the returns center back to you, the original distributor or manufacturer, or any buyer through the liquidation process. Title to the product being returned will remain with you at all times and transfer from you to the original distributor, or a third party in the case of a liquidation of the return, only upon receipt of the products by such distributors or buyers.
Crazydealguy reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products using accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
15-day money back does not apply to special orders.
Software, Games, & DVDs
Computer software, video games, video gaming systems, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only.
